SONG REVIEW: Norah Jones – Carry On

Four years since her last album was released, Norah Jones has announced the release of her sixth LP Day Breaks. The first song to be released is called Carry On, a beautiful piano led ballad which contains all the trademark perfection you expect from a Norah Jones song. Take a listen:

Carry On, like the other nine original songs on the album (and three covers), sees a return to the style of music she played on her debut album Come Away With Me, a style of music which gained her worldwide fame as an artist. The piano paired with her unique voice is absolutely gorgeous, further cementing her reputation as one of the leading musicians, singers and songwriters in the world. I can’t wait for the album.
